Another full day of sun as we say goodbye to September 2010. I noticed while driving through Happy Valley today that Mount Hood was definitely calling for a new layer of fresh snow as it was showing its uncovered rock layers. I am also noticing as we move forward to the end of the year the Real Estate market seems to buzzing with activity of buyers seeking the perfect home with views of trees and the mountain while trying to take advantage of the low interest rates. Inventory seems to be lower than normal at this time of year but there still seems to be declining prices while the new listings coming on seem to be going pending sooner if they are priced appropriately with the current market.
Today was a beautiful sunny fall day in Happy Valley. I had the pleasure of showing 2 listings built by a builder I recommend checking out...Ruben J. Menashe Inc.
The first listing sets on one acre in the hills of Happy Valley at 12180 SE Greiner Lane. This custom built home is currently listed at $645,000 & offers a serene back drop of walking trails and pine trees. The second showing was right around the corner and is a European Custom Built Home in Jason Heights Development at 10722 SE Jason Lane listed at $1,375,000 on half an acre with a flowing water feature from the Master on the Main set on a cobblestone driveway that opens up to a 4 Car Garage with professional landscaping. Both of these elegant homes are located on the west side of the bowl in the Heart of Happy Valley. |
